1. Concentrating on the market being dominated by middlemen who are undermining businesses ability to succeed

2. Franchises not setting up Franchisees up for success

3. Fake reviews

4. Enforcing current consumer protection laws that affect small businesses. For example, credit reporting on businesses that affect small businesses ability to obtain credit

5. Telemarketing sales rules

6. Right to repair shops

7. Non-compete clauses that affects competition, and restricts workforce availability and the talent pool
